We are a Civil War reenacting unit based around the Kansas City, St Louis, and St Joseph, Missouri areas. We portray the life and time of the great war of rebellion between the States known as the Civil War.
The mission of this organization, The First Missouri Cavalry (Dismounted) Co. F. C.S.A., is to perform the most historically accurate portrayal of the brave sons of Missouri who answered the call to arms. In defense of their homes, wives, sweethearts, daughters, and native soil. Their sacrifice in beliefs and their love of their country will not be forgotten.
The First Missouri Cavalry (Dismounted) Co. F. is part of the First Missouri Battalion and also members of the Missouri Civil War Reenactor Association.
We are family oriented and a nonprofit organization. We are dedicated to maintaining and bringing to life the history and visions of the great war of rebellion between the States.
